Fresno Edison CA junior Kennedy Jennings placed 21st in the Division 3 girls final at the Central Section Championships at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Jennings, the reigning section 800-meter champion, covered the 5-kilometer layout in 21:09.41 despite competing in only her second race this season for the Tigers, who captured their first team title in program history with a 92-95 victory over Corcoran.
